Fill your plate with the right foods. You can save yourself lots of money by growing your own vegetables. I grew up on things like greens, corn, sweet potatoes, eggplant and mirlitons. My father was an outdoorsman and a gardener. He was responsible for growing our foods. Now, I have the responsibility of doing this myself. It is HELL! I am a nomad. I move around from place to place and don't have the patience to wait for veggies to grow. But for once, I found the time to sit still and wait. AND BOY AM I GLAD. Growing foods that pack nutritional value is beneficial to your pocket and your health. Take a look at the video I posted my small experiment with Vitamin A.
The crazy thing about me is that I never count calories like all of us have been trained to do. If that works for you, then go ahead. It slows me down and by the time I finish counting, I can't even enjoy my food.
That Vitamin A power meal with greens, sweet potatoes and a side of fish or lean cut of beef. Take for instance the picture below. Meals like these support skin rejuvenation and make your skin glow abundantly.
