WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER HEALTH?

When we think about what our health means to us, first we must figure out what health means? Is it being skinny? Is it being small at the top and big at the bottom? Is it the way you eat?

Answer: It's a collection of different things that make us healthy. If we want to define health for what it is, remember this, it is the collective overall well-being of the person. It is the wellness of mind and spirit, along with physical health. Not only is it the absence of the belly fat but it is also the peace of the mind, contentment.

I challenge you, and hopefully you do the same to challenge me, to become mentally, and physically healthy.
